Mythri Builders is a Bengaluru-based real estate developer focused on residential communities that support comfortable, connected daily living. Since 2019, we have developed homes across Bengaluru with attention to planning, construction quality, transparent communication, and customer support.

Our work starts with how people will use a home every day. We consider room proportions, natural light, ventilation, movement through the apartment, common spaces, safety, maintenance, and access to the neighbourhood. This practical approach guides each project from design coordination through construction and handover.

Mythri Builders has delivered more than 1,000 apartments across over 10 acres. Our current portfolio is centred on East Bengaluru, including communities in and around Sarjapur Road, Kodathi, Hadosiddapura, KR Puram, Hallehalli, Whitefield, and Rampura.

Mr. S. Anil Kumar Reddy began his career as a builder in 2006, building on an early interest in construction and a family background in real estate. Starting as a construction work-in-charge, he gained experience across project execution and customer engagement, including the sale of more than 150 flats. At Mythri Builders, he remains actively involved in day-to-day decisions and monitoring construction progress, placing particular importance on timely delivery, thoughtfully designed elevations, and quality homes.
